“Enemy: “a person who feels hatred for, fosters harmful designs against, or engages in antagonistic activities against another; an adversary or opponent.” — Dictionary.com Despite Vice President Joe Biden’s recent pledge of unswerving fidelity to Israel during his recent visit there, the rhetoric and pressure directed by the Obama administration against the only fully functioning democracy in the Middle East more accurately resembles the behavior of an enemy. Increasingly under this administration — but also present in Republican administrations — America’s policy toward Israel is full of “harmful designs” and “antagonistic activities.” The intentions may not be deliberate, but the outcome would lead to the same injurious end. Each Friday we take a meaningful quote, tie it to scripture, and leave you with a take-home. |  Israel’s Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said: “The demand to forbid Jews to buy or build in east Jerusalem is simply unreasonable …if Israel tried to forbid Arabs from buying or building in west Jerusalem, it would be characterized as apartheid.”
God says: “They will call Jerusalem The Throne of Yahweh and all nations will gather in Jerusalem to honor the name of Yahweh” … “Yahweh Almighty will shield Jerusalem; he will shield it and deliver it, he will pass over it and will rescue it.” … “If I forget you, O Jerusalem, may my right hand forget its skill.  The Jerusalem Connection says: All nations ruled by Islam are, by definition, apartheid. All non-Muslims are segregated as second class citizens. Freedom of religion and speech is outlawed by Shariah law therefore there is no proselytizing. Israel represents the anti-thesis of apartheid. Not only does Israel have a divine mandate made by covenant for its land, the Mount of Olives, to the east of Jerusalem is where the Messiah will come (return). The Obama administration, with the condemning rhetoric of Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, has sought to castigate Israel over the legitimate building of additional apartments in Jewish north Jerusalem. This is a contrived reaction designed only to widen the gap between the Obama administration and Israel and at the same time to appease Palestinian designs to create another apartheid Muslim state. To register your support for Israel against this contrived crisis please contact your congressman and contact your senators by phone, fax or email to voice your concern over the President using housing construction in Jerusalem as an attempt to pressure Israel to give up more land for peace.
Also, please sign our petition to the President on our web site that voices our collective concern over the crisis created by the Obama administration by its inordinate response to the apartment issue in Israel.
