A wife asks an important question. I would say that whatever is decided she and her husband should be in agreement. Going forward, Tithing should become a part of their financial stwartship. it's only possible to tithe when you are Debt free and husband and wife are in agreement. Piling on more debt and continuing to give money away is in my opinion stealing. Once you take on a debt your obligation is to pay it back.
